The Chairman, Cabinet Appointed Negotiation Committee (CANC), on behalf of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced Financiers/Investors for the submit an Expression of Interest for the “Development and Expansion of the Sapugaskanda Oil Refining Complex for the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Sri Lanka”.
