Speaking at the inaugural event of the Sri Lanka Energy Transition Summit – 2025, Minister of Energy Engineer Kumara Jayakody emphasized that shifting from traditional fossil fuel-based sources towards green and renewable energy sources has become pivotal for achieving future energy goals.
The Minister expressed that he is certain this conference will have a great influence in identifying the changes, national and international trends, and emerging challenges in the future energy sector, as well as in exploring, discussing, and raising awareness of concepts and initiatives that can be used to address these issues.
