Preliminary investigations have revealed that the short-sighted actions of previous governments, which failed to adequately prioritize the stability of the national power system, along with poor guidance and lack of proper understanding of technology, led to this situation. However, the causes of this situation will be thoroughly investigated and necessary steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again.
