“Rebuilding Sri Lanka” Receives a Donation Worth LKR 16 Million…
Together with members Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Pensioner’s Association, employees of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation and Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd., have contributed a collaborative donation worth LKR 16 million to the “Rebuilding Sri Lanka” Fund. Today (27), the Chairman of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Janaka Rajakaruna, and Managing Director, Dr. Mayura Neththikumara, handed over the donation check to Minister of Energy, Eng. Kumara Jayakody.
The Minister extended his gratitude to all employees who participated in the donation and to all trade unions that encouraged this effort. Employees of the above institutions contributed through donations amounting to one to fifteen days of their monthly salaries.
